Az alábbi Adatkezelési Tájékoztató célja, hogy a Trans-Sped Kft. (székhelye: 4030, Debrecen, Vámraktár út 3., cégjegyzékszám: 09 09 006196) (továbbiakban: Trans-Sped) ismertesse Önnel az árajánlatkérések kezelése során végzett adatkezelési műveleteit az Európai Parlament és a Tanács (EU) 2016/679 rendelete (2016. április 27.) a természetes személyeknek a személyes adatok kezelése tekintetében történő védelméről és az ilyen adatok szabad áramlásáról, valamint a 95/46/EK rendelet hatályon kívül helyezéséről (Általános Adatvédelmi Rendelet – General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) előírásainak és a hatályos magyar jogszabályokban foglaltaknak megfelelve.
A Trans-Sped adatkezelőnek minősül (továbbiakban: Adatkezelő) a jelen Adatkezelési Tájékoztatóban ismertetett adatkezelései tekintetében. Adatkezelő elérhetősége: e-mail: adatbiztonsagkukactrans-spedponthu
Adatkezelő adatkezelési folyamatai során betartja a hatályos jogszabályok előírásait, és adatkezelési gyakorlata kialakításakor maradéktalanul tiszteletben tartja a magánszemélyek alapvető jogainak és magánszférájának védelmét, kiemelt figyelemmel az Általános Adatvédelmi Rendelet előírásaira.

Az adatkezelés célja
Az adatkezelés célja az Adatkezelőhöz beérkező árajánlatkérések kezelése, illetve azok megválaszolása az Ön által igényelt szolgáltatásoknak megfelelően.
A kezelt adatok köre
Az Adatkezelő nyilvántartja Önről nevét, e-mail címét, telefonszámát.
Az adatok forrása
Az adatai eljuthatnak az Adatkezelőhöz a https://www.trans-sped.hu weboldalon elérhető AJÁNLATKÉRÉS űrlapon keresztül, vagy elektronikus vagy postai csatornán.
Az adatokhoz hozzáférés, tárolás
Az Adatokat a Kereskedelmi osztályon kívül kizárólag az Adatkezelő azon munkatársai használják fel, akik az érintett árajánlat kidolgozásába bevonásra kerülnek.
Adatkezelő az Adatokat saját elektronikus rendszereiben tárolja.
Az adatkezelés tartama
Az adatokat az Adatkezelő a beérkezésüktől számított 5 évig tárolja. Az adatkezelés meghosszabbítása kizárólag az Ön hozzájárulása alapján történik
Az adatkezelés jogalapja
Adatkezelő adatkezelése az Ön hozzájárulásán alapul, amennyiben a https://www.trans-sped.hu weboldalon elérhető AJÁNLATKÉRÉS űrlapon keresztül jelentkezett és megadta hozzájárulását, valamint ha az Ön kezdeményezése eredményeként jutott el az Adatkezelőhöz az Ön adata.
Az Önt megillető jogok
Tájékoztatjuk, hogy jogszabály alapján az adatbiztonsagkukactrans-spedponthu email-címen érvényesítheti az Önt megillető jogokat, amely alapján - a jogszabályban megjelölt keretek között -:
a) hozzáférést kérhet az Önről kezelt személyes adatokhoz, illetve másolatukhoz; (15. cikk)
b) tájékoztatást kérhet az adatkezelés főbb jellemzőit (célja, kezelt adatok köre, bevont adatfeldolgozók, adatkezelés tartam) illetően; (15. cikk)
c) bármikor visszavonhatja hozzájárulását; (7. cikk (3))
c) kérheti az Önre vonatkozó pontatlan személyes adatok indokolatlan késedelem nélkül helyesbítését vagy a hiányos személyes adatok kiegészítését; (16. cikk)
d) kérheti az Önre vonatkozó személyes adatok indokolatlan késedelem nélküli törlését (17. cikk)
e) kérheti az adatok használatának korlátozását (18. cikk)
f), kérheti azt, hogy az Önre vonatkozó, Ön által megadott adatokat széles körben használt, géppel olvasható formátumban megkapja, vagy azokat másik adatkezelő számára közvetlenül továbbítsuk (20. cikk);
g) tartózkodási helye, munkahelye vagy a vélelmezett jogsértés helye szerinti felügyeleti hatóságnál eljárást kezdeményezhet (77. cikk).
Magyarországon a felügyeleti hatóság a Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (Budapest, 1125, Szilágyi Erzsébet fasor 22/c.).
Jogsérelem esetén lehetősége van továbbá az adatkezelővel vagy az adatfeldolgozóval szemben peres eljárást indítani az adatkezelő vagy az adatfeldolgozó tevékenységi helye szerinti tagállam bírósága, valamint az Ön tartózkodási helye szerint illetékes törvényszék előtt.

DATA PROCESSING INFORMATION
IN CONNECTION WITH REQUESTS FOR OFFERS
The purpose of this Data Processing Information document is to allow for Trans-Sped Kft. (seat: H-4030, Debrecen, Vámraktár út 3., company registration number: 09 09 006196) (hereinafter: Trans-Sped) to inform you of its data processing measures, in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council (27 April 2016) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and the applicable Hungarian legal regulations.
Trans-Sped is considered as a data processor (hereinafter: Data Processor) with regard to its data processing explained herein. The Data Processor can be contacted via e-mail at: adatbiztonsag@trans-sped.hu
Throughout its data processing procedures, the Data Processor shall comply with the provisions of the applicable legal regulations and it shall fully respect the protection of the basic rights and of the privacy of private individuals when establishing its data processing procedures, with special attention to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.

The Purpose of Data Processing
The purpose of data processing is to handle the requests for price quotations received by the Data Processor and replying to these in accordance with the services requested by you.
The Scope of the Processed Data
The Data Processor shall register your name, e-mail address, telephone number.
The Source of the Data
Your data may reach the Data Processor either through the https://www.trans-sped.hu/arajanlatkeres web page, or via e-mail or post.
Access to the Data, Storage
The Data are used outside our Commerce Department only by those co-workers of the Data Processor who are involved with the provision of the price quotation in question.
The Data Processor stores the Data in its own electronic systems.
The Duration of Data Processing
The Data Processor stores the data for 5 years after their receipt. If a contractual relationship is created between our companies, then Trans-Sped Kft. shall store the personal data for 7 years following the contractual connection between the two companies.
The Legal Basis of Data Processing
Data processing by the Data Processor is based on your consent if you contacted us via the https://www.trans-sped.hu/arajanlatkeres website and provided your consent, or if your data reached the Data Processor as a result or your own initiative.
The Rights You Are Entitled to
Please be informed that you may exercise your rights on the basis of legal regulation at the adatbiztonsag@trans-sped.hu email address, on the basis of which – within the framework set forth by the law -:
a) you may request access to the personal data processed with regard to you and to the copies thereof; (Article 15)
b) you may request information regarding the main characteristics of the data processing (purpose, scope, data processors involved, duration); (Article 15)
c) you may withdraw your consent at any time; (Article 7 (3))
c) you may request that any inaccurate personal data concerning you be rectified without undue delay or that incomplete personal data be completed; (Article 16)
d) you may request that the personal data concerning you be deleted without undue delay (Article 17)
e) you may request that the use of the data be restricted (Article 18)
f), you may request to receive the data concerning you and provided by you in a widely used, machine readable format, or you may request that we forward such data directly to another data processor (Article 20);
g) you may initiate a procedure at the supervisory authority competent at your place of residence, at your workplace or at the place where the violation of rights is claimed to have taken place (Article 77).
This supervisory authority in Hungary is the National Authority for Data Protection and the Freedom of Information (Budapest, H-1125, Szilágyi Erzsébet fasor 22/c.).
In the case of any violation of rights, you may file a lawsuit against the data controller or the data processor with the court of the member state of the place of business of the data controller or the data processor and with the court competent at your place of residence.

ZU PREISANFRAGEN
Der Zweck des folgenden Datenverwaltungsdatenblatts ist es, Sie über die Datenverwaltungsvorgänge von Trans-Sped Kft. (Sitz: H-4030, Debrecen, Vámraktár út 3., Handelsregisternummer: 09 09 006196) (nachfolgend als Trans-Sped genannt) bei der Bearbeitung von Preisanfragen gemäß der Verordnung (EU) 2016/679 vom 27. April 2016 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates über den Schutz natürlicher Personen bei der Verwaltung personenbezogener Daten und den freien Datenverkehr sowie über die Aufhebung der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 95/46 (Allgemeine Datenschutzverordnung) und gemäß den geltenden ungarischen Rechtsvorschriften zu informieren.

Im Rahmen seiner Datenverwaltungsprozesse hält der Datenverwalter die Anforderungen der geltenden Rechtsvorschriften ein und bei der Entwicklung seiner Datenverwaltungspraxis respektiert uneingeschränkt den Schutz der Grundrechte und der Privatsphäre der Privatpersonen unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung.

Der Zweck der Datenverwaltung
Der Zweck der Datenverwaltung besteht darin, die vom Datenverwalter empfangenen Preisanfragen zu verwalten und diese entsprechend den von Ihnen benötigten Diensten zu beantworten.
Der Umfang der verarbeiteten Daten
Der Datenverwalter registriert Ihren Namen, Ihre E-Mail-Adresse und Telefonnummer.
Quelle der Daten
Ihre Daten können vom Datenverwalter über die Webseite https://www.trans-sped.hu/arajanlatkeres oder über elektronischen oder Postweg abgerufen werden.
Zugriff auf Daten, Speicherung
Die Daten werden neben der Handelsabteilung ausschließlich von den Datenverwaltungsmitarbeitern genutzt, die an der Entwicklung des jeweiligen Preisangebots beteiligt sind.
Datenverwalter speichert die Daten in seinen eigenen elektronischen Systemen.
Dauer der Datenverwaltung
Die Daten werden vom Datenverwalter für 5 Jahre ab dem Datum des Empfangs gespeichert. Wenn ein Vertragsverhältnis zwischen unseren Unternehmen besteht, werden die persönlichen Daten von Trans-Sped Ltd. für 7 Jahre nach dem Vertragsverhältnis zwischen den beiden Unternehmen gespeichert.
Die rechtliche Grundlage für die Datenverwaltung
Die Datenverwaltung des Datenverwalters basiert auf Ihrer Einwilligung, wenn Sie sich über die Webseite https://www.trans-sped.hu/arajanlat angemeldet und Ihre Zustimmung gegeben haben, sowie wenn Ihre Daten aufgrund Ihrer Initiative zum Datenverwalter gekommen sind.
Ihnen zukommende Rechte
Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie Ihre Rechte gemäß dem Gesetz unter der E-Mail-Adresse adatbiztonsag@trans-sped.hu geltend machen können, auf deren Grundlage – innerhalb des rechtlichen Rahmens -:
a) Sie können Zugang zu Ihren persönlichen Daten und Kopien davon verlangen; (Artikel 15)
b) Informationen über die Hauptmerkmale der Datenverarbeitung anfordern (Zweck, Datenbereich, beteiligte Datenverwalter, Dauer der Datenverwaltung); (Artikel 15)
c) ihre Zustimmung jederzeit widerrufen; (Artikel 7 (3))
c) Sie können verlangen, dass Ihre unrichtigen personenbezogenen Daten ohne unangemessene Verzögerung korrigiert werden oder unvollständige personenbezogene Daten vervollständigt werden; (Artikel 16)
d) Sie können die Löschung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten ohne unangemessene Verzögerung verlangen (Artikel 17).
e) Sie können eine Beschränkung der Verwendung von Daten verlangen (Artikel 18)
f), Sie können verlangen, dass Ihre Informationen über Sie in einem weit verbreiteten maschinenlesbaren Format bereitgestellt oder direkt an einen anderen Datenverwalter übermittelt werden (Artikel 20);
g) Sie können ein Verfahren gegen die zuständige Behörde ihres Wohn- oder Arbeitsortes oder mutmaßlichen Verstoßes einleiten (Artikel 77).
In Ungarn ist die Aufsichtsbehörde die nationale Datenschutz- und Informationsbehörde (Budapest, H-1125, Szilágyi Erzsébet fasor 22/c.).
Im Fall eines Rechtsstreits können Sie auch ein Gerichtsverfahren gegen den Datenverwalter oder für die Verarbeitung Verantwortlichen vor dem Gericht des Mitgliedstaats einleiten, in dem sich der Datenverwalter oder der für die Verarbeitung Verantwortliche befindet, bzw. vor dem zuständigen Gericht Ihres Wohnortes.
